Cisco CUCM en OpVoIP SIP trunks
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is het enterprise-telefonie platform van Cisco, ingezet door middelgrote en grote organisaties wereldwijd. CUCM beheert IP-telefoons, soft clients en video-endpoints en biedt uitgebreide mogelijkheden voor call routing, conferencing en voicemail via Cisco Unity Connection.
Een OpVoIP SIP trunk koppelen aan CUCM verloopt via een SIP Trunk object in Cisco Unified CM Administration. U configureert het destination-adres (sip.opvoip.nl), stelt een SIP Trunk Security Profile in en maakt Route Patterns aan voor inbound en outbound routing. Voor grotere omgevingen wordt vaak een Cisco CUBE (Unified Border Element) als SBC ingezet.
CUCM ondersteunt TLS-signalering en SRTP via configuratie van beveiligingsprofielen. OpVoIP presenteert het uitgaande nummer via P-Asserted-Identity — geen aparte CallerID-configuratie vereist in CUCM.
